- Abstracts have a 3,500-character limit, including spaces. This excludes the title, authors, and images.
- Remove all track changes before submission, as copy-paste functions may retain them, making the abstract unreadable.
- Enter the title exactly as it should appear online in title case.
- Provide all co-author names and institutional affiliations at submission.
o Omissions cannot be added laterand will not be included in the
author block online or in the journal.
- The submitter is responsible for proofreading the abstract and the author list carefully.
- Tables and figures may be uploaded in a photo file format.
- Abstracts may be structured (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusions) or unstructured.
- Do not use bold or underline formatting—italicized text is permitted.
- Submitters may edit abstracts before the submission deadline.
o For changes after the deadline but before review, email
abstracts@marketaccess.org with the tracking number, abstract title,
and details of requested changes, including new author information.
o No changes are permitted once the review process has started.
- The presenting author of accepted abstracts for oral or poster presentations must attend the meeting in person. If unavailable, a co-author may present instead.
